Gustav Klimt: My ALL time favorite artist!

Gustav Klimt was an Austrian Symbolist painter. He lived from the 1860's to early 1900's. He was amazing, his paintings are moving. He used gold leaf during his golden period, and I only wish I could see one of these paintings in person. I can't imagine what gold would look like in a painting as vibrant as the ones he did. So today I'm posting some of his paintings. He is the man who inspired me to pursue the arts, and keeps me inspired even today. I hope you enjoy the paintings. These are, of course, my favorites! :)

I would have never known her, or at least not been aware for a few more years. :) This most talented artist stuns me everytime I look at her work. Sunday Evening (really very late night!)

I don't have anything of mine to post, so I figured I would add to your list of things to obsess over whilst on the internet! Her name is Kortnee Kate, she is a photographer, she is amazing! I cdan get stuck on her blog for hours and hours! It just sucks you in! I aspire to be at her level! Bunger Family

So I also had the priveledge of shooting the bunger children this weekend! It was fun and they are funny! You never know what you are going to get with kids! They did a great job for all the distractions we had and I can't wait to do them again when it's not cold and rainy out! I believe then we really will have more fun! I hope you enjoy the pics! Prom Fun!!

So over the weekend I got to do my first prom shoot! Not a conventional photo shoot, but fun none-the-less!! Oh to be young again!! Shawna is the lovely lady in the blue and I was there for her! She and her date were gorgeous and the other couple were beaming as well! I hope they had lots of fun and I hope they enjoy these pictures better than the boring and typical ones taken under a balloon arch in unflattering light! hahaha!

Band Fun!

I had the fun opportunity to take some more pictures of bands! It's a pretty fun gig, band shoots! The bands are Toxic Bukkake and Hot Prowl. La Poste Eatery!

I got the great opportunity to shoot at this restaurant last weekend, and it was such great fun! Their food is absolutely delicious, and I could have stayed and eaten all day! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, while contemporary and cool at the same time! I can't wait to go back just to be a customer!
